The man next door has started to dress his dogs up in clown costumes?

for no apparant reason what should I do?

If you think they are being forced on purpose into those costumes, call the RSPCA, if not, then just ask the man why he likes to dress up his dogs,

Provided he’s not hurting the animals or abusing them in any way, I say leave it alone. It’s better he does that than use drugs or do something criminal.
